Role Summary:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel students, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound & outbound admission calls
• Counsel students and parents on courses
• Convert leads into enrollments through follow-ups
• Update CRM and manage lead pipeline
• Ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction
Eligibility:
• Graduation mandatory
• 2–7 years experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Admissions
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills
• Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
