Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional to drive revenue growth, expand corporate and institutional partnerships, and promote Hindustan Wellness diagnostic and preventive healthcare services. The role involves field sales, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through corporate tie-ups, B2B sales, and institutional partnerships

• Promote diagnostic tests, preventive health check-up packages, and wellness programs

• Identify and develop new clients including corporates, doctors, hospitals, and channel partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer support) for smooth service delivery

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

• Track market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills

• 0–5 years of experience in sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good knowledge of local market and corporate sales processes

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred Experience

• Experience in diagnostic labs, healthcare services, or wellness industry

• Corporate/B2B sales exposure

• Doctor or hospital liaison experience
