We Are Hiring — Collections Manager (Call Centre) | Business Loan Portfolio

Are you a strong negotiator who knows how to close tough cases and drive a team to targets?

We are looking for a Collections Manager who can lead from the front, handle escalations, and deliver numbers consistently.

💼 Role Overview

As a Collections Manager, you will manage a call-centre based collections team handling Business Loan portfolios (₹50,000 – ₹5,00,000) including hard bucket & write-off cases.

You will actively participate in negotiations, settlements, and strategy building while ensuring team productivity and performance.

👥 Team Responsibility

Manage & lead a team of 25 – 30 Collection Executives

Candidate must bring an existing team of minimum 10 – 15 callers

Motivate, train & monitor daily calling productivity

Help team close settlements & achieve recovery targets

Handle escalated customer calls & critical negotiations

📞 Key Responsibilities

Work on write-off & high-delinquency portfolios

Take live negotiation calls for settlement closures

Design calling strategy & follow-up cycles

Track daily performance, PTP conversion & recovery ratio

Ensure compliance & proper documentation

Coordinate with management for portfolio planning

Deliver monthly recovery targets & improve efficiency

🎯 Required Skills

✔ Strong convincing & negotiation skills

✔ Experience in loan settlement & closure handling

✔ Leadership mindset & team handling capability

✔ Target-oriented & pressure handling ability

✔ Good knowledge of tele-collections workflow & MIS

🧾 Eligibility

Experience: 2 – 5 Years in Collections (Tele-collections mandatory)

Preferred Background: Collections Agencies / Recovery Vendors

Portfolio Experience: Business Loan / NBFC / Fintech preferred

💰 Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Based on experience & team strength)
