
Position: Tele Collection Executive
Process Type: Loan Penalty Recovery (Soft Calling)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in calling / tele-collection / customer support

Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan penalty / overdue reminders
Handle calls in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner
Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly
Follow up with customers and update call remarks in the system
Resolve basic customer queries related to loan accounts
Ensure no harassment or pressure tactics are used during calls
Maintain compliance with company policies and calling guidelines
Soft calling process only (No aggressive recovery)
No field work
Customer relationship–focused communication
Structured calling scripts and support provided
Minimum 6 months experience in:
Tele calling / Tele collection / Customer support / Loan calling
Good communication skills in Hindi (English/regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge & ability to update CRM
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
