Job Title: Collection and Recovery Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented individual for the role of Collection and Recovery Executive. The candidate will be responsible for recovering debts, loans, and EMI collections.

Experience: 0-2 years

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 per month

Age: 18-25 years

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

- Recover debts, loans, and EMI collections from clients

- Maintain records of collections and recoveries

- Meet daily collection targets

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients

- Coordinate with team members and management

Requirements:

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Basic understanding of collection and recovery processes
