Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team as a Closure Consultant. The role involves connecting with customers who are looking to sell their cars, understanding their pricing expectations, negotiating effectively, and closing deals over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with customers interested in selling their cars.
Understand customer requirements and pricing expectations.
Negotiate and close deals over calls.
Handle the end-to-end sales closure process.
Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve high conversion rates.
Provide an excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly.
Eligibility:
1–10 years of experience in Sales (Telesales/Inside Sales/Automotive Sales preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and a regional language (mandatory).
Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with high call volumes.
Basic knowledge of automobiles is an added advantage.
