Celestile – The Luxury Home Décor & Interior is a premium brand offering high-end interior solutions and luxury home décor for residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a committed, customer-centric professional for a long-term association.
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager / Customer Relationship Manager (Post Sales – Inside) to manage end-to-end customer experience post-sale. The role includes customer engagement, coordination with internal teams, complaint resolution, and ensuring timely delivery and installation, aligned with luxury brand standards.
Proactively engage with leads generated through digital platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Present and explain Celestile’s luxury interior and home décor solutions to prospective customers.
Qualify prospects, address customer queries, and drive conversion by scheduling showroom visits.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales consultants and design teams to schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Ensure high standards of call etiquette, professionalism, and customer engagement in line with brand guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post sales closure.
Provide timely updates on order processing, dispatch, delivery, and installation status.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for accurate order execution.
Schedule installation appointments and monitor service quality to meet Celestile’s standards.
Register customer complaints in CRM and ensure resolution within defined TAT.
Conduct post-installation follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Maintain structured CRM documentation and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.
Provide operational support to the showroom during peak hours as required.
Represent Celestile professionally at all customer touchpoints, upholding luxury brand values.

Experience: 1–5 years (Luxury home décor, interiors, hospitality, or customer-handling experience preferred)
Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu (Mandatory)
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience preferred
Personality: Soft-spoken, professional, and pleasing demeanor
