Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager responsible for converting company-provided leads into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and persuasion skills, the ability to understand client needs, and the confidence to effectively pitch products/services over calls. This role requires a proactive approach to lead conversion, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to company-provided leads (existing and new) through outbound calls
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches over the phone
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM systems
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
