Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and onboard new partners, distributors, and clients

 Drive sales of Mutual Fund and Insurance products through direct and channel

networks

 Develop and execute strategies to expand business in assigned regions

 Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking activities

 Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients

 Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and awareness programs

 Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations

 Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

 Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills

 Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

 Target-oriented with a growth mindset

 Good understanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance products
