About the Opportunity
Hiresium Technologies India LLP is currently supporting the recruitment requirement of
Smile India Trust for the position of Client Relationship Associate (CRA).
We are hiring female candidates for the Client Relationship Associate (CRA) profile. The role involves outbound telecalling, explaining NGO fundraising activities, communicating with potential donors, and encouraging donations to support the organization's initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential donors.
● Explain NGO activities, fundraising programs, and support initiatives.
● Encourage people to contribute donations.
● Handle donor queries professionally.
● Follow up with potential donors.
● Maintain daily calling records and reports.

Candidate Profile:
● Female candidates only.
● Age: 18 to below 30 years.
● Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation Pursuing / Graduate.

● Basic communication skills required.
● Must be comfortable with outbound telecalling.
● Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
● Must be willing to work from the office in Sector 4, Noida

Salary & Benefits
For Freshers:
● ₹15,100 fixed monthly salary
● ₹500 Attendance Bonus

Incentive Structure
Candidates can earn a monthly incentive of 25% of the donation amount, as per the
applicable incentive structure.
Working Schedule
● Working Days: 6 days a week
● Weekly Off: Sunday
● Working Hours: As per the company-defined role structure
● Joining Day: Monday
Interview & Selection Process
The selection process consists of two rounds:
Round 1 – HR Interview
Initial discussion to assess communication, suitability, and basic candidate requirements.
Round 2 – Operations Interview
Candidates who clear the HR round will proceed to the Operations round.
Candidates who successfully clear both rounds will be considered for joining, subject to completion of the required process and confirmation.
Joining Process
Selected candidates will be scheduled for the upcoming Monday joining, subject to:
● Successful completion of both interview rounds
Completion of the required joining formalities/process
● Final confirmation from the organization
