Telecalling Executive (Admissions Support)
Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to support student outreach and admissions coordination activities. The role involves connecting with prospective students, sharing information about courses and programs, maintaining communication records, and assisting with the initial stages of the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and provide information about courses and programs
Conduct follow-up calls and assist with student inquiries
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update relevant information in the system
Build positive relationships with prospective students and provide timely assistance
Coordinate with internal teams to support admissions and outreach activities
Contribute to team objectives through regular communication and follow-up activities
Requirements
Graduate preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, student counseling, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and at least one regional language
Basic computer knowledge and record-management skills
