Key Responsibilities

•   Interact with 80–100 prospective learners on a daily basis through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

•   Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable academic programs.

•   Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, College Comparisons, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

•   Manage the complete admission process, including application guidance, documentation, and enrolment formalities.

•   Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission journey to ensure effective conversions.

•   Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the database.

•   Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through consistent

  counselling and conversion efforts.

•   Stay informed about industry trends, university updates, scholarships, and

  admission policies.

  Eligibility Criteria

•   Bachelor’s degree in any UGC approved Universities.

•   1–2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student

  recruitment, or sales will be preferred.

•   Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are

  encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

•   Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•   Excellent counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-management abilities.

•   Target-oriented mindset with a passion for student engagement and

  admissions.

•   Ability to understand student requirements and provide customized

  guidance.

•   Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

•   Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
