Job Description: Call Center Executive – Voice Process (Sales)

## Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹2.75 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable (As per sales conversions)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Window: 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Holiday Policy: Work on weekends, public holidays, and festivals will be compensated with complimentary offs (Comp-off).
## Responsibilities (काम की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ)
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for inquiries and convert them into sales and customer engagement.
Convert leads into successful sales with persuasive and customer-focused communication.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Follow scripts and call handling protocols to maintain consistency and quality.
Update call logs, lead status, and feedback accurately in the system.
Resolve customer objections or queries effectively.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals.
Attend training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance.
## Requirements & Skills (योग्यता और स्किल्स)
Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in a voice-based call center (Sales experience preferred).
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (Both are mandatory).
Sales Skills: Strong communication and selling skills with the ability to drive high conversions.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in 9-hour shifts (between 7 AM to 10 PM) and work on weekends/holidays when required.
