TeleSales Executive
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused TeleSales Executives to join our team in Airoli. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, promoting products/services, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
