Key Responsibilities:
Engage with existing customers for policy renewal retention through outbound calls
Coordinate with channel partners to ensure successful renewal closures
Achieve assigned performance KPIs and service targets
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives through contact center campaigns
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
