Agent - Call Centre - Bengaluru - JP Tech Park - J Grades Job Purpose Responsible for initiating calls to potential or existing customers for home loan products, leads conversion, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: 1. Customer Outreach: • Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned leads or data. • Introduce HL /LAP products, services, and offers. • Explain the features and value propositions clearly. 2. Lead Generation: • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team. • Document interactions and update customer records accurately. 3. Sales and Upselling: • Convince customers to purchase or upgrade products and services. • Achieve individual sales targets consistently. • Customer Relationship Management: • Handle objections and resolve queries efficiently. 4. Reporting and Feedback: • Maintain accurate call logs and activity reports. • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and challenges. 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and call guidelines. • Ensure compliance with company standards and data protection policy.
