Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Call Center Agent to join one of our leading clients in the Energy Storage Solutions & Electronics Manufacturing Industry. The incumbent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, generating leads, scheduling service requests, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment.

Language Proficiency:
Hindi + Punjabi / Odia / Marathi / Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Gujarati

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products and services.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for issue resolution.

• Achieve individual productivity and quality targets.

• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and customer service standards.
  

  Required Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
