Job Description: Call Center Executive (Aesthetic & Medical)
Objective
To serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients. The primary goal is not just "answering phones" but converting inquiries into clinical consultations through empathy, clinical knowledge, and expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Inquiry Handling: Manage inbound calls and messages by providing detailed, expert-level information about skin treatments, laser procedures, and regenerative medicine.
Outbound Care Calls: Conduct follow-up "care calls" for post-treatment recovery or to re-engage past patients, focusing on relationship building rather than hard sales.
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm consultations, ensuring the clinical calendar is optimized for high-value treatments.
Lead Management & CRM: Accurately update patient records and track lead sources (Instagram, Google, Referrals) within the CRM system.
Revenue Contribution: Meet or exceed monthly conversion targets (e.g., contributing toward a clinic's 25L target) by effectively funneling leads to doctors or senior consultants.
