Position: Telesales Executive
Process: Motor Insurance
Location: Airoli
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding motor insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant insurance solutions.
Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms clearly to customers.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful policy sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely closure of sales.
Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or HSC candidates may apply.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, insurance, or a related field will be preferred.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive and customer-focused approach.
Candidates with Motor Insurance / General Insurance experience will be preferred.
