Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Business Process Associate in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills and proficiency in at least one of the preferred regional languages.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions professionally through the assigned communication channels.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Communicate effectively in English and the relevant regional language.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.
Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient process operations.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
Any graduate from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages is preferred:
