Position: - Academic Counselor
Exp:- Min 1 year in hardcore B2C Sales preferably edtech sector Freshers can also apply
Age Limit - Maximum 31 years
Salary – upto 20000 per month depending upon experience and interview
Working - Wednesday to Monday
Fixed Week Off - Tuesday
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) mainly calls.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' educational goals and challenges.
Provide personalized and tailored recommendations based on client requirements.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
Conduct live demonstrations and virtual tours to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
Guide clients through the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns along the way.
Cultivate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Effectively close deals by leveraging consultative selling techniques and objection handling.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
· Maintain a daily calling time of 2.50hrs
· Meet tight deadlines and targets
Qualifications:
Must Be a Graduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.
