We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Proven experience in business development or sales

Ability to close deals and handle objections effectively

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
