Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Calling
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.
Contact potential clients and explain company products/services.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with interested clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Maintain regular communication for client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through team
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Team Handling
Manage and guide the sales/telecalling team.
Monitor team performance and motivate members to achieve targets.
Provide training and support to improve calling and sales skills.
Reporting
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Required Skills
