1. Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating sales, building channel partner networks, managing the sales team, and achieving the company's monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.

• Generate potential customers through online and offline marketing activities.

• Promote company projects, residential plots, villas, and housing developments.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Convert prospective customers into successful bookings and sales.

• Develop strategies to increase company revenue

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and business development team.

• Assign individual and team-wise sales targets.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales review meetings.

• Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity.

• Train team members on project details, sales techniques, and customer handling.

• Ensure proper follow-up of all customer enquiries and leads.

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.

• Coordinate customer meetings and property site visits.

• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations.

• Maintain good customer relationships before and after sales.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and a professional buying experience.

Site Visit & Sales Conversion

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer site visits.

• Explain project specifications, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.

• Negotiate with customers and close sales.

• Coordinate with management and documentation teams for booking and registration processes.

• Ensure proper follow-up until the final sales closure.

The Business Development Manager must drive business growth, expand the channel partner network, improve team productivity, increase customer conversions, and consistently achieve the company's sales targets.
