Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by generating leads, developing partnerships, and promoting our training programs.

The role involves field visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.

- Visit schools, colleges, corporates, institutions, and potential partners to promote training programs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.

- Execute offline and online marketing activities for lead generation and brand visibility.

- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the admissions/counseling team for lead conversion.

- Maintain records of client interactions and field activities.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or EdTech.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.

- Willingness to travel for regular field visits.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in EdTech, educational institutions, training organizations, or sales/business development.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
