Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing business discussions, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience specifically in Business Development, with strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, negotiation, follow-ups, and business closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

• Handle client meetings, business discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial discussions.

• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Maintain and regularly update the sales/business development pipeline.

• Track leads, opportunities, client interactions, and conversion status.

• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and long-term client relationships.

• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and performance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Business Development / Business Development Management.

• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, convincing, presentation, and client-handling abilities.

• Good relationship management and follow-up skills.

• Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.

• Strong understanding of the complete business development process.

• Target-oriented approach with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

✅ 6–10 years of relevant Business Development experience
✅ Graduation is mandatory
✅ Strong communication and client-handling skills
✅ Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15 days' official notice period preferred
✅ Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and business closure
