Digital Jockey Private Limited is a fast-growing outsourcing and lead generation company providing Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Sales Development, and Cold Calling services to clients across India, the UAE, the USA, Canada, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outsourcing and lead generation solutions.

· Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

· Convert qualified leads into long-term business partnerships.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

· Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline in the CRM.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

· Represent the company professionally during client interactions and business meetings.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

· Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.

· Confidence in handling international clients.

· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

· Good understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

· Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

· Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience in IT Services, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing sales will be an added advantage.

· Experience working with international markets (USA/UAE/Canada) is preferred.
