Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling company-provided pre-qualified leads, explaining loan products, convincing customers, and closing loan sales successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Call on company-provided pre-qualified leads

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products

• Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers

• Convince customers to proceed with loan applications

• Handle the complete loan sales process from lead generation to closure

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer data and follow-up records in CRM/software

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

• Ability to build customer relationships

• Tele calling or loan sales experience is preferred
