Position: Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives (Starting salary will depend on skills, communication, and experience.)

Nature of Business & Role Overview

We work closely with various businesses to design and deliver powerful advertisement creation and digital marketing solutions. As a Telesales Executive, you will reach out to prospective business clients, pitch our creative ad services and digital marketing packages, understand their promotional needs, and help expand our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and decision-makers.

Present and explain our advertisement creation and digital marketing services clearly.

Identify potential leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and pipeline status.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements

Good English communication skills required (High Priority).

Fluency in Hindi communication.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confident demeanor with a results-driven, positive attitude.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply; prior sales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.

Incentive Structure

Performance-based incentives are provided on top of the base salary and calculated on a weekly basis according to sales achieved.
