Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Kalyani, West Bengal

Salary: ₹8,000-10,000 per month + Attractive Incentives on Every Successful Sale

About the Role

We are looking for a female Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who is confident in calling, lead conversion, and B2B sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling leads provided by our marketing team, speaking with prospects, explaining our projects/services, following up with interested leads, and converting them into successful clients.

Key Projects

Project - Automobile Agent Onboarding

● Receive leads generated through our marketing activities.

● Call and speak with prospective automobile agents.

● Explain the onboarding process, benefits, and requirements.

● Follow up with interested leads.

● Convert qualified leads into successfully onboarded agents.

● Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.

● Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

● Make a high volume of outbound calls to provided leads.

● Generate interest and convert leads into sales.

● Follow up consistently with prospective customers/clients.

● Maintain daily sales and calling reports.

● Meet monthly conversion and sales targets.

● Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.

● Build professional relationships with B2B prospects.

● Ensure timely follow-up until closure.

Candidate Requirements

● Female candidates preferred.

● Good communication and convincing skills.

● Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.

● Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

● Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.

● Previous experience in telecalling, B2B sales, BPO sales, automobile sales, or lead conversion will be an advantage.

● Candidates who are target-oriented and comfortable with incentive-based earnings are preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000-10,000/month

Incentives: Additional incentive on every successful sale/conversion.

The more you convert, the more you can earn through incentives.
