Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong go-getter attitude to join our growing creative and media projects team.
The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business opportunities, client relationships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations for upcoming projects including short films, short drama series, music videos, digital campaigns, and creative productions.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and client opportunities
Develop partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations
Handle client communication, presentations, and follow-ups
Identify market opportunities and build long-term business relationships
Coordinate with creative and production teams for project execution
Promote company services including media production, digital marketing, branding, and entertainment projects
Achieve business growth targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Go-getter attitude with excellent confidence and networking ability
Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client servicing preferred
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Knowledge of digital media, entertainment, branding, or advertising industry is an advantage
Positive personality with professional approach
