Job వివరణ

We are hiring Business Development Executives for our office located in Ashok Vihar Colony, Lucknow. This is a full-time contract-based on-site role where candidates will handle lead generation, client interaction, and business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects
Maintain good relationships with clients to support business growth
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Maintain daily reports and update CRM/data sheets
Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Requirements

Freshers only can apply
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
Confidence in talking to new customers
Basic computer knowledge
