Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Design, and Project teams to ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on leads generated through the company’s marketing campaigns, including Meta and other digital channels.

• Contact prospective clients, understand their business and interior requirements, and qualify leads.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify business opportunities in retail interiors, commercial interiors, furniture, and related solutions.

• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the design/sales team for further discussions.

• Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into confirmed orders.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and sales closures.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Strong customer relationship management abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.

• Good presentation and business communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Qualification

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant sales experience in Retail Interior, Furniture, Construction, Architecture, or related industries will be preferred.
