Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Teampro’s IT Services, such as software solutions, IT support, AMC, and technical staffing.
Identify client requirements and recommend the right IT service offerings.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the field sales/BD team.
Maintain follow-up calls to convert leads into opportunities.
Build and maintain an active database of prospects in the IT sector.
Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and daily activity reports.
Achieve monthly targets for IT lead generation and conversions.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Strong knowledge or interest in IT products/services.
Ability to explain technical services in simple language.
Lead generation skills through cold calling & warm calling.
Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM, MS Office).
