We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team Taxcurv. The role involves handling client leads, promoting company services, converting prospects into clients, and supporting key sales and business development activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 per month and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely communication with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to support smooth sales operations.
Explain Taxcurv services such as Company Registration, GST, Tax Filing, Compliance, and Legal Services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into confirmed clients, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update lead and customer data accurately and efficiently.
Identify client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Generate basic sales reports and summaries for internal review and decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of client and business information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / MBA (preferred) with an experience range of 0–3 years in sales, business development, or client handling. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, high attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working six working days during the day shift.
