Business Development Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a fresher, dynamic professionals who can give assistance to US-based companies through Cold Calling. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

•This job is based on a fixed salary + high ticket incentives with no target.

The major roles & responsibilities include: -

1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe.

2. Provide the correct information to the customers.

3. Enter details into the Sheets.

4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; and offering assistance.

5. Maintain the database by entering and verifying information; updating the contact log.

6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.

7. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.

8. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

9. Do regular Follow-ups with the Maintained Prospect Sheet.

10. Generate Leads during the Clod calling process as much as possible.

Requirements:

· Very Good proficiency in English is required

· Good comprehension skills

· Very Good visualization skills

. sound knowledge of technology ( Website, software, etc.)

. Only US-based holidays will be given

Qualifications

• 10 - 12 passed candidates/Pursuing Graduation only.

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Shift Time:- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Mon- Fri (UK/US Process)

•• Candidates from Lucknow are preferred only.

•• Selection will be based on the CV getting shortlisted and the interview rounds.

•• The candidate must sign a legal service bond.
