will be responsible for maintaining friendly and professional interactions with customers,
building and nurturing relationships with high value clients and driving sales growth through strategic
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
CustomerInteraction: Maintain professional and friendly communication with customersto

Client Education: Educate clients on product offerings and provide guidance on authorization

Troubleshooting: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and
loyalty.

Proven experience in sales or customerservice, preferably in a B2B environment.
