About the Role

Are you passionate about B2B sales and building relationships with corporate clients? We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven B2B Inside Sales Executive to drive enterprise and corporate sales for a leading jobs and recruitment platform.

The role involves engaging with corporate clients, HR teams, Talent Acquisition leaders, and key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B inside sales for job portal and recruitment solutions.

• Identify, prospect, and engage high-value corporate and enterprise clients.

• Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, recruiters, and business owners.

• Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Conduct consultative sales discussions and demonstrate business value and ROI.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Build long-term client relationships and drive renewals, repeat business, and upselling.

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

✅ 2–3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, HR Tech, Recruitment Solutions, or Digital Sales.

✅ Experience handling corporate or enterprise clients is preferred.

✅ Strong skills in outbound sales, lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closure.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

✅ Target-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

✅ Strong relationship management and follow-up skills.
