Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Fresher/Experienced) to help us grow our recruitment business. The role involves calling companies, explaining our services, and generating new business leads. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Call companies to introduce services

Generate new business leads

Follow up with potential clients

Understand client needs

Maintain call & follow-up records

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to learn sales & recruitment process
