• Handle and respond to enquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Google Business, company website, and other B2B platforms.

• Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements.

• Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.

• Generate new leads through online portals and digital platforms.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product specifications.

• Follow up regularly with customers until order closure.

• Maintain customer data, enquiry status, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely execution.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, quotations, and order booking.

• Update product catalogs, pricing, and company profile on IndiaMART and other platforms.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on enquiries, conversions, and sales.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase lead generation.

Key Responsibilities (KPIs)

• Respond to all enquiries within the defined TAT.

• Generate qualified leads from online platforms.

• Submit quotations within the stipulated time.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain an accurate customer database.

• Ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and other B2B portals.

• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.

• Ability to prepare quotations and commercial offers.

• Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation.

• Time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Education: Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

• Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Online Lead Management.
