Role Summary
The company is seeking enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and proactive individuals for the role of Sales Executive. This role involves managing both outbound and inbound calling processes, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into successful business opportunities. The position offers significant exposure to client interaction, sales strategies, and performance-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling (Lead Generation)
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases or self-generated leads
• Introduce company services effectively and generate customer interest
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings with potential clients
• Meet daily call targets and maintain conversion efficiency
2. Inbound Calling (Customer Handling)
• Manage incoming inquiries from prospective customers in a professional manner
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Convert inquiries into potential business opportunities
3. Sales & Target Achievement
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions and close deals
4. Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM/Excel
• Prepare and share regular performance reports and pipeline updates
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate or Final Year Students (any discipline)
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Willingness to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
