Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for the company.
Approach and connect with shop owners, commercial spaces, malls, societies, and event organizers for placement of Gawcart and Gawkutir stores.
Take approvals and coordinate documentation for store setup locations.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Conduct market visits and identify high-potential business areas.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle business meetings, presentations, and negotiations professionally.
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution.
Recruit, guide, and manage promoters or field staff when required.
Prepare daily visit reports and business development updates.
Promote company products and brand awareness in the market.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Must be comfortable traveling within the city for meetings and site visits.
