Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining company products/services, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers.
Present and explain products/services to prospective clients.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track leads through CRM tools.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve client acquisition strategies.
Provide market feedback to help improve business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion ability.
Comfortable with sales targets and performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech / SaaS / Sales / Inside Sales.
Strong presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
