We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our company’s solutions and potential clients. You will research new markets, initiate contact with prospective customers, pitch our services, and manage the sales pipeline from initial lead to close. [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industry partners, and new market segments through cold calling, emails, and networking.

• Client Outreach: Pitch products or services to prospective customers, schedule meetings, and conduct product or service presentations.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

• Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare custom business proposals, quotes, and service agreements while negotiating terms to close deals.

• Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate daily records of client interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities using a CRM tool.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and meet revenue targets. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BBA, MBA, or a related field.

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are often considered).

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Sales Acumen: Target-driven mindset with proven negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.

• Soft Skills: High resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
