Job Description

We are looking for a **Business Development Executive Intern** to join our team in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails and online platforms.

* Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.

* Explain Learn Confident's programs and services to prospects.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

* Maintain lead and customer information.

* Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

* Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.

Skills Required

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Willingness to learn sales and business development.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

Compensation

₹18,000 Fixed + Up to ₹12,000 Performance Incentives/month

Total earning potential: Up to ₹30,000/month

PPO Opportunity

Based on internship performance, selected candidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a package of ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA.

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Sunday
