Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify business opportunities, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should understand customer requirements, recommend suitable business solutions, and contribute to revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Regularly interact with clients to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities.

• Generate qualified leads from the existing customer database through follow-ups and relationship management.

• Recommend appropriate software, cloud, AMC, customization, and other business solutions based on customer requirements.

• Cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients.

• Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team when required.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM.

• Follow up on quotations, proposals, renewals, and pending opportunities.

• Coordinate with the support and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.

• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of software and IT solution selling.

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or IT/Software Sales.

• Experience in ERP or accounting software sales is an added advantage.
