B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented candidates to join our team as B2B Sales Executives.

Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or IT Sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and online platforms

• Connect with potential corporate clients and understand their requirements

• Promote and explain our IT & digital solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers

• Conduct client calls, meetings, and product/service presentations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives

• Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome

• 0–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Sales is an advantage

• Candidates from Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or service-based industries can apply

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
