Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers for leads and conversions.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
