We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B sales with international clients, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential international B2B clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Pitch and sell company solutions effectively, demonstrating strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Comfortable working with international clients and diverse cultures
Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus but not mandatory
