We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other sources.

• Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions as required.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good knowledge of the Jaipur local market will be an advantage.

Eligibility

• Graduation in any

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
